Three no-sugar snacks that boost your energy

Getting energy and keeping it is just one of the many ways that you can live a very productive lifestyle. If you have goals that you want to meet, then you need to make sure that you have enough energy to get through your day with a smile. Here are three no-sugar snacks that will help you to boost your energy.

Chia Seed Pudding: This snack will surely give you a clearer mind, better focus, and of course, a lot of energy as well. Chia pudding is similar to tapioca. Mix 2 cups of milk, 2/3 cup chia seeds 1 tsp. sugar substitute. Let stand for 10 minutes and then refrigerate overnight. Top with 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes and 2 tbsp. raisins. You can choose fresh fruit instead. This can be made with almond milk and 1/4 cup cocoa but it will have to be heated to dissolve the cocoa.

Green Juice: This is full of antioxidants and potassium both of which are necessary for boosting energy. A spicy juice can be made with kale or swiss chard, ginger, celery, cucumber, and green apples – a great detoxifier. A sweeter juice can be made by adding another apple.

Flax crackers with honey: The crackers are super simple to make. Mix water to ground flax so that the consistency is like soft dough. You can add spices if you like – onion salt, garlic. Spread the dough on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Make sure your hands are wet to spread the dough over the paper as thin as you can possibly get it. Cut into squares - whatever size you want. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
