Dieting Not An Effective Solution For Weight Loss
For an effective weight loss, what you rather need is a balanced meal that is spread over the day so that you have energy whole day to do more of physical activity and get lean.
Many of us who are fat would agree that we lack energy and are easily tired when we just do a very simple activity like climbing stairs. How? Usually people who are overweight have a slow metabolism and this is because of eating at too large intervals and that to too much of food at one time. We tend to do this because not eating for long make us hungry and we eat more than our hunger. I will explain to you how this happens.

Then hormonal signals are released when the food is being digested by the body. This mechanism is too complex and thus the signal reaching the brain would take time – approx. 15-20 minutes. Therefore, it is advised to eat slowly and eat less than what you feel like eating.
